BIMM Hamburg Open Day
BIMM Hamburg Open Day & Backstage Access to Hurricane Festival: Saturday 23rd June.
At our BIMM Hamburg Open Day on 23rd June, we are excited to offer attendees a one-off opportunity to have a backstage tour at Hurricane Festival, one of BIMM Hamburg’s festival partners. Places are limited on a first-come, first-served basis. Please RSVP our website via the ticket link.
In addition to the opportunity to visit Hurricane Festival, or tour our first-class teaching facilities at Clouds Hill Recording, here's just a small taste of what to expect:

-Chat with our tutors and students to get advice about the course you are interested in.
-Get information on how to apply, the assessment process, fees and accommodation.
- Watch a live performance from BIMM band, Me & the Monster .
Open Day starts at 11:00:
Where: Nochtspeicher, Bernhard-Nocht Straße, 69a, 20359 Hamburg
Time: 11:00 – 12:00 (doors open at 10:45)
Activity: Open Day presentation, live music, Q&A with BIMM tutors, staff & guests
You are then required to choose either Tour 1 or Tour 2 that will follow the presentation.
Tour 1:
Where: Hurricane Festival
Oak Ring, Scheelseel
Activity: Backstage tour and Q&A with Stephan Thanscheidt, CEO of Hurricane Festival
Time: 13:30 - 15:00
Note: Return transportation provided between Nochtspeicher & Hurricane Festival (spaces limited – please RSVP to sarahkucher@bimm-institute.de)
Return to Nochtspeicher 16:00
Tour 2:
Where: Clouds Hill Recordings, Billwerder Neuer Deich 72, 20539 Hamburg
Activity: Tour of teaching venue with in-house engineers & BIMM tutors
Time: 14:00 - 15:00
Note: Please allow 45 minutes to travel between Nochtspeicher and Clouds Hill Recordings. Using public transport takes around 40 minutes, and it is a 15 minute journey by car.
